The room featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. The breakfast buffet offered local cheeses and breads. I found the location convenient. Vitosha Boulevard is a 15-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

The room included different types of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The staff proved helpful and spoke English well. The bus stop to Central Station was directly in front of the hotel.
